The building rises, isolated, by the side of the road for Roddino. The façade, with two pilasters and triangular tympanum, is preceded by a porched pronaos with arches articulated by pilasters. On the right side, rises a simple bell tower with a pyramid shaped spire (1816). In the courtyard of the sanctuary, there is a simple votive pier, built in 1616, year of the apparition of the Virgin.
